How do I know if I have a pending catch-up payment?
Go to your Freedom! dashboard and click in the earnings menu. At the top, you will see the Catch-up information. If there is catch-up to be paid it will be shown there, with a yellow icon.
How do I request a catch-up payment?
In the Earning page of the Freedom! dashboard, click on the error message next to the yellow icon under Catch-up, at the top of the page. It will let you know what is the issue. First, you need to resolve the issue found, only then should you click the "Reset" button. This will let us know that you have solved the issue and a catch-up payment will automatically be made.
