Why didn't I receive my Subscribe button after joining the Freedom! Smashcast team?

            Before submitting a ticket, please make sure that you have:
            1. Received and accepted the invite from Freedom! on Smashcast.
            2. Allowed 48-72 hours to pass (for processing).
            3. Have tried accessing your account on a different browser/device

            If it has been more than three days and you still haven’t received your Subscribe button, please open a ticket with the following information:

            • Your Freedom! Custom ID
            • Your Smashcast channel URL
            • Your Smashcast channel name
            • The date you applied to join our Smashcast team
            • The date you joined the Smashcast team
