YouTube introduced the Official Artist Channels for Artists and music fans. This feature allows for Artists to combine several channels under one official channel that has all their content and all their subscribers from the various channels, making it easier for fans to find more videos of the artists they love.
This also makes it easier to find the official channel of an artist because it will feature a musical note icon right next to the channel/artist name.
For Artist, this inscreases their reach as all their fans can easily spot their official channel and it's easier to reach their subscribers in one central channel, and engage with them using the Community Posts, Livestreams and Ticketing.
