Why don't I see the "Get Started" or "Learn More" button on YouTube?

If you have no "Get Started" button on youtube (previously "Learn More") and have applied more than 5 days prior feel free to open a ticket here at support. A ticket can be opened by pressing the "Submit a request" button on the top of this page, if you are logged out.
