How do I contact the correct language support department?

At Freedom!, we provide support in several languages, all provided by native speakers of the language – English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Vietnamese and Thai. In order to route your inquiry directly to the appropriate departments, please follow these guidelines for the fastest response times possible.


Partner Support team (English Support team)


The (general) Support team is happy to assist all English speaking partners, those who prefer assistance in English, or inquiries in languages we do not support yet (we call them “exception languages)”. In order to contact the (general) Partner Support team, simply leave the portal language in English and then open a ticket by clicking the link in the top of this page "Add ticket".

The (Brazilian) Portuguese Support team is happy to assist all (Brazilian) Portuguese speaking partners, or those who prefer assistance in (Brazilian) Portuguese. In order to contact the (Brazilian) Portuguese Support team, simply change the portal language to Português and then open a ticket by clicking the link in the top of this page "Add ticket".

The Spanish Support team is happy to assist all Spanish speaking partners, or those who prefer assistance in Spanish. In order to contact the Spanish Support team, simply change the portal language to Español. Then, open a ticket by clicking the link in the top of this page "Add ticket".


中文客服 (Chinese Support team)


The Chinese Support team is happy to assist all Chinese speaking partners, or those who prefer assistance in Chinese, both simplified, and traditional. In order to contact the Chinese Support team, simply change the portal language to 繁體中文.


ไทยสนับสนุนทีม (Thai Support team)


The Thai Support team is happy to assist all Thai speaking partners, or those who prefer assistance in Thai. In order to contact the Thai Support team, simply change the portal language to ภาษาไทย.
 

हिंदी सपोर्ट टीम (Hindi Support team)


The Hindi Support team is happy to assist all Hindi speaking partners, or those who prefer assistance in Hindi. In order to contact the Hindi Support team, simply change the portal language to हिंदी. Then, open a ticket by clicking the link in the top of this page "Add ticket".
