Music Factory - What is it and how can I use it?
What is Music Factory?
Music Factory is a project that aims to provide Freedom! partners with free to use music, created by the Freedom!
Where can I download the music from Music Factory?
You can download our music from the Freedom! dashboard.
- Click the "Music Library" menu.
- Then click on "Music Factory".
- At the top you can select between different tabs and you can select the "All Tracks" tab to check all the musics.
- To download music, click in "MP3", in the column "Download" for the track you want.
Do I need to credit anyone in the videos I used music from Music Factory?
Please leave the attribution to Music Factory and Freedom! Here are a couple of examples:
Can I have claims or strikes in my videos if I use music from Music Factory?
No, these musics are 100% owned by Freedom! so you will not have any issues.
If I leave Freedom! will I have copyright issues in the videos I used music from Music Factory?
No, you will not have copyright issues and no strikes will be issued. However, make sure you credit Freedom! and Music Factory in your video description, as mentioned above.
Can I ask for a specific type of music to be created?
Yes, we accept suggestions, and we want to know what kind of music you are looking for. Just fill out this short form so that we can consider your suggestions for future productions.
I'm a composer. If I create music for Music Factory, will I get anything in return?
Yes. Freedom! is looking for talented composers for various genres. To apply, fill out this form. If your work is accepted, your music will go into our Content ID system and you will get a share of the revenue generated whenever your music is used on YouTube.
