Heartbeat - Updates and issues

 Heartbeat is a product in constant evolution that receives updates frequently, either to fix bugs or introduce new features, therefore it's important that you have the latest version of Heartbeat installed to take advantage of latest features.

Updating Heartbeat

Although Chrome has automatic updates, in between those updates, a new Heartbeat version may be released that can fix any issues you may be having.

In case you find an issue with Heartbeat, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to chrome://extensions/
  2. Mark the "Developer Mode" box on the top right corner.
  3. Click "Update extensions now"

 

If after following the above steps you are still having issues, please contact our support by clicking on "Submit a request" at the top of this page, if you are not logged in.
