You are able to verify if your Freedom! account can receive payments by following a few steps in your Freedom! Dashboard. Please follow these steps:
- Login to your Freedom! account and click the "Earnings" menu.
- In the "Payment method" area, click "Verify Payment", and then the "Verify" button to proceed.
- You will receive a message on the lower left corner of the page that says "Payment is now on process".
- In this example, since we are using PayPal to verify the account, you should receive an email notification from PayPal when the transaction is complete, to let you know that Freedom! has sent you $0.01.
Tip: Although this process is usually fast it can take a few hours for PayPal to process the transaction. Also check your PayPal account directly, in case PayPal doesn't send you the notification email.
- Once the process is complete, you will see the "Verified Account" information in your dashboard. Note that you may need to refresh the page to see the updated information.
If after 24 hours you still haven't received the $0.01 that Freedom! sent to your PayPal account, please check this PayPal article on how to get your account verified, and contact PayPal directly if necessary.
If you are trying to verify your Freedom! account using Tipalti, this may take a few more days, depending on the choice of payment method and/or bank. Please contact our support if your Freedom! account has not been verified 5 business days after request.
