At Freedom!, we provide support in eight languages, all provided by native speakers of the language – English, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Thai, and Spanish. In order to route your inquiry directly to the appropriate departments, please follow these guidelines for the fastest response times possible.
The (general) Support team is happy to assist all English speaking partners, those who prefer assistance in English, or inquiries in languages we do not support yet (we call them “exception languages)”.
